How many hours of sleep do I need at night?!

A minimum of 6 hours, but 8 or more is better. It doesn't really matter if it is night or day just a long as it is 6 hours straight

Actually, it's 8 hours for an adult, but I think it's like 9-10 for a teenager.. And yes, it's supposed to be at night.

You shouldn't take naps during the day that are more than 45 mins long they tend to screw up your bilogical clock, meaning that you won't be able to go to sleep at the normal time.

8 hrs of sleep minimum...9hrs if your a teen. Anything less and you'll fell like hell in the morning.

You should get 8 hours of sleep.
