Fluff my pillow?!

Question: I'm long overdue for a chiropractic appointment, but can't afford it. So to avoid losing feeling in my arms, I bought a brand new Simmons beautyrest pillow. It did wonders and within 2 days, the numbness stopped. But now the pillow is flattened, and my problems are back. What's the best way to fluff it back up to what it was like when I bought it? I thought about putting it in the dryer, is that a good idea? Any other ideas?

grab both sides of it and squeeze in and out really fast!

Shake it up- alot!

use your fingers to loosen the pillow contents! push hands in and towards each other, while seperating the materials inside! youll feel it fluff back out as you do this for several minutes!

Most pillows can be fluffed in the dryer on the Air setting--if you use a heated cycle you can melt the innards!! I'm constantly searching for a pillow that will stay thick enough where it tucks in between my head & shoulder, & have not yet found the solution.
