PLEASE HELP! I hurt my foot/ankle by wearing my suede boots?!?!
Question: I was walking around all day in these wet suede boots (my feet were frozen, and they were wet because of the snow/water on the streets)...and the next day and for two days now, my ankle has been killing me. What should I do? I'm trying to make it better by tomorrow, cuz I have a lot of walking to do tomorrow. Thankss!

If you think the pain came from the cold environment, then you should soak it in a tub filled with warm (but not hot) water filled with some epsom salt (they're sold in small containers in any drugstore for about $2, maybe?) and then massage and stretch afterward. (roll your ankles repeatedly)
If it didn't come from the cold, maybe the boots weren't supportive enough for your feet? in which case I'd still suggest the same thing, and wear comfortable shoes until the pain goes away. If it still hurts, support it with self-stick tape. (again sold at drugstores). you can find the correct way to wrap an ankle online.
Um... quit wearing suede boots?
