Not sleeping?!


Question: Its 2am and its a school night I can't sleep cause I'm so damn stressed about university and my classes and home life etc. What are some ways to keep from looking too tired and reduce dark circles under the eyes. Besides the tbag, cold spoon treatment, ice cubes, potato slices etc. Thanks in advance!

Make up is the only thing that's gonna help for now.I myself cant sleep at night not because I'm stressing that's just me and the dark circles around my eyes let me look like drug addict........TRY,TRY,TRY to get some sleep in that's the only thing that's gonna help

Hi, don't try to cover up your bodies way of telling you that you are putting too much stress on your kidneys (dark circles under your eyes). Waking at 2am is due to your liver being stressed. Stop drinking caffeine and eating too much sugar and you will sleep well, especially as you sound very young. Trust me. (and if you think I am a raving luni, just research ANY book on Traditional Chinese Medicine and you will see what I mean),. Good luck on your exams!
