Your problem seems to be a lack of fruit and vegetables that you need for good health as they contain antioxidants and enzymes as well as fiber and roughage that all help your digestion. As you are deficient in enzymes that you get from fruit and vegetables it is no wonder that you are having a lot of digestion and other problems.

Two good enzymes that will help your digestive system are liquid chlorophyll and bromelain. Bromelain occurs in the core of pineapple and chlorophyll occurs in green vegetables such as spinach and broccoli. Liquid chlorophyll you can get at Health Stores. Alfalfa, barley grass and wheat grass will also help your digestion.

If you insist on not eating vegetables and next to no fruit then your health will keep deteriorating. To improve your health you must eat plenty of fruit and vegetables.

Maybe a change in diet or the food you usually eat.

Hi there,
I studied nutrition for over 15 years because i started having the same complications when i was younger..It was so life disturbing, i needed to get a grasp on it to stop it interrupting my life....
I think the worse part, even worse than feeling uncomfortable with pain, is the lack of energy.
So, my advice to you, is basic. I don't know your diet or lifestyle, so it's difficult to determine what might be triggering your problems?
If you're lactose intollerant and have diarrhoea you need some "Acidophilus Bifidus" to restore some healthy gut flora.
If you eat lots of fruits, good on you, but too much all at once can give you a dash to toilet thing. It's all about the acids and soft watery foods, which sometimes can give you a rumbly belly etc..
Nausea, is a sure sign somethings' not right.Your body knows.
Nausea, means your body is dealing with too much stress..Toxins, too much acids, not enough acids, diarrhoea, pills, dehydration, lack of nutrients etc.. will make you feel sick..Your liver will be feeling the strain too.
There is always help if you can talk to a dietician..You need to be honest about your lifestyle, as something you're doing or not doing may be upsetting you?...Are you worried about something?
Please consider this.... i think there is too much bad flack about "Lactose" being the cause of many digestive disorders...When really, anything like low fat ice-creams, milks, yogurts etc..can.actually help improve alot of belly pain, diarrhoea and nausea..All of which you put up with.
lactose intolerance, really needs to be confirmed by a doctor, as most people with "I.B.S" and other gastro problems, usually improve with a Milk based food diet...Having said that, every one is different and needs to be treated individually.
Anyway, if you need to know more, email me honey..
it's a horrible thing to go through and most people would never understand how upsetting it can be...

See the Doc and get tested for food intolerance, as this could cause problems later in life. GL
