Will the human body get used to 5 hours of sleep a night?!

Question: Get used to it, yeah. But not for a long time.

I sustained it for two weeks and now ended up at home, unable to go to work ^_^

You need extra vitamins to patch things up when you have to do it. But the best thing to do is to try and change some things so you still have at least 8 hours of sleep each night.

Yes and no. You can become accustomed to it, but you may experience lethargy and compromised immune system. You may even get mood swings.

The older you get, the less sleep you need per night. With that said, your body will tell you when you need sleep, just listen to it; it is the only body you will get on this earth. It would behoove you to take good care of it.

No, never you will be a constant sleep deficit.

Do it if necessary, but not for long-term...your body will not be at its peak

sorry for the late reply immortal. do you believe the soul is immortal? if so take more risks. yes you will adjust to 5 hours of sleep a night as long as your body is in decent physical shape. and you dont do to many drugs or alchol, you will get used to it. me however do all of the above so i need atleast 7 hrs.
