Xanax or valium?!
Question: i take 2mg xanax it did help but now it seems to not work as well i didnt know if anyone has tried both or what you felt about it?and what you could take with it to help?

XANAX!!but you will build up a tollerance to it.try skipping a day once week and it will help.
Valium is longer acting than Xanax. Xanax is very short acting and wears off quickly, you probably go into withdrawal when you dont take it right? These pills are addictive. Try to find a long acting Benzodiazepene such as Klonopin (clonazepam) it will work very long so you don't have to redose all the time. But honestly, these types of drugs are BAD!
Valium, Xanax, Klonopin are **** and not suitable for you to put down your throat.
Honestly, these type of drugs are very addictive. Did you know if you run out of that medication, you can die from the withdrawal?
Benzodiazepene withdrawal can very often be lethal. Valium and Xanax are both incredibly hard to stop and if you don't stop correctly (taper slowly) you can die.
I take narcotic pain relievers for my pain but I refuse to take Benzodiazepenes to help me sleep or for anxiety, they are awful.
LISTEN to John Doe!! He is right on!! I know that right now you feel like you NEED them, but that is really just the addictiveness of those drugs. I know! I was prescribed those for years, only to end up with a horrible addiction to them that almost cost me my life and my daughter. I ended up buying them off the streets when my script would run out...then I OD'd on them, & ended up on life support for three days with a 50% chance of living. have your doctor help wean you off of them and walk away while you can!!
