How many hours of sleep is just right?!


Question: i have had alot of practice ....LOL and i get to test it out....and ive slept 5-6-7-8-15 hours...LOL and ive def noticed that 7 and a half to 8 hours i feel the best....anything over 8 and a half and i just feel lazy all day....same with 5-6

For me it would be 8 hours.

7-8 a night

but i usually get 6 on weekdays but i sleep a lot on weekends :] so i guess thats ok..

It depends how old you are, if you are in your teens ideally you should get 10 hours,
For an older adult adult 9 is sufficient.

9- 10 hours of sleep is optimal meaning that is the maxiumum amount of sleep needed to achieve all the benefits of sleep..

6 - 8 hours is more realistic.....

4 - 6 hours is just enough to get by

I'd say 9 hours. 8 if I want to have a pretty nice day, and 7 if I want to be able to smile at all. LOL

I'll have plenty of time to sleep when I'm dead...

8 hours of sleep is what is needed for a woman in order t have enough energy to function properly and have enough of the proper hormones within the body for the following day! If you have any kind of sleep problems or sleep apnea you can begin to have problems losing weight and start actually gaining weight and then the body doesn't function properly in other ways.
