Why is that when you eat healthy foods you have more gas?!


Question: i have been sickly for weeks now and decided to start eating lots of veggies and now i have terible smelling gas. why????

Some veggies are more gas producing than others. Remember all are not created equally.

The cabbage family is reknowned for its ability to create lots of gas, also most dried beans do.

You might add some ginger to those veggies and beans. a quarter teaspoon will quell most gaseous attitudes in those good for you veggies.

The good Bacteria in your stomach likes food with fibre, especially vegetables. Gas is the excrete or out product of these bacteria's after eating vegetables :) Just means you are eating healthy :)

its the fruit and veg and will pass once your body excepts the changes all will be OK
