What do you do when you have a blister on your foot?!

Question: I'm a dancer and I always get blisters on the outside of my toes whenever I take my pointe classes. Pointe is this by the way: http://www.pointeperfect.co.uk/assets/im...

So what do I do when I get them? Pop them? Leave them? Bandaid?

Thank you :)

do not pop! that hurts like crazy. the best thing is to put polysporin or somekind of healing lotion/gel on them and put a bandaid on them. then just leave them alone and try not to irritate that part of your foot alot.
pointe is awesome. i wish i did it. :)

never pop a blister!!!!! put a bandaid over it and try to keep it dry

I limp....lol

I would pop it then put a bandaid on it.

Get some 2nd skin and put it over the blister; it helps ease the pain and to heal it quicker. I have used them for years and they are the best thing I have ever found!! It shows that its for burns, but it works effectively for blisters too!

Try Blistise....is meant to specifically for blisters..

Popping them will make it worse. Make it clean and try a piece of duct tape. That's what Boy Scouts use when they have to keep on hiking but have rubbed blisters on their feet. It stays put and comes off easily when you want it too and makes a great cushion. Honest!

I normally pop them, drain and dress.

i always pick them
then put up with the pain for a few days

Maybe wear sandles

Never had one but if you do then put one of those blister plasters on it.
