My hand hurts?!
Question: It's like right where all those muscles and nerves are at the base of my thumb down to my wrist...every time I move my thumb a certain way, it sends a shiver through my body and I feel like throwing up because it feels terrible! I can't even hold anything very tightly because it hurts.
I haven't been to a doctor because my mom doesn't think it's necessary...I have it wrapped in an ace bandage and it makes it feel better, but I just don't know what's wrong and that bothers me! I text a lot, so maybe it's finally taking a toll, I don't know...
Do you have any ideas how to make it feel better, or what's wrong?

ice works. probably just a muscle strain or tendonitis. keep it wrapped, quit texting so much and take ibuprofen or aleve for the pain. also the ibuprofen and aleve will help decrease any inflammation.
wrap it, rest it, and take an Advil
soak your hands on hot water with Epsom salt, I telling you that work!
