ask your doctor.
your body is probably used to the caffeine so try to gradually decrease the amount of Redbull you drink; instead of immediatley quitting.
I used to drink 2 cans of RedBull everyday for 2 years at least and I have an anxiety disorder. (GAD)
Caffeine is in fact a very powerful stimulant so it only makes anxiety worse. I'd not say that 1 cup of coffee did cause your panic attack, however it did certainly help.
On average I have like 1 of those attacks like that per week, and coffee is never the cause. (I drink up to 3 espressos a day).
I'm not telling you to abuse from it though!
I'd say coffee is OK, but RedBull isn't. That was one of the first few things my doctor asked me to stay away from.
If you're addicted to caffeine like me, I'd recommend you to carry on and watch for any symptoms (just to check if it's indeed connected to the caffeine - it might not be).
If by any chance it happens again, get a doctor appt asap and replace coffee with lemon tea or something alike when you get out with friends etc.
