Right temple is Sensitive...any suggestions?!
Question: It's been a little over a week now that my right temple has been sensitive and tender to the touch. This morning when i first woke up it didn't bother me for about 15 minutes, but then it started up again. Also, the back of my head (where the neck meets the skull) has really been aching and bugging me. I'm not sure if these two things are related, but if anybody has any insight as to what's going on, please let me know.
I'm going to the doctor the day after tomorrow. I'm just curious as to what's going on.....thank-you

sounds like a tension headache
this is like a massive dull ache in the temple
try to chill out and relax
take a hot bath with a cold ice pack on the nape of your neck
