Maybe it's your blood pressure. Sometimes if we eat too much salt (or drink too many sodas) we can get headaches.
May be stress as well...try keeping a light diary for a couple of days of what you eat and what you go through and when you get the headaches. It may be something you can control.

headaches r may be due to fatigue or emtional stress, lacking of sleep can also cause headaces,,,take pain killer with tea..it wil surely hlep, also try to sleep well

Hydrate, drink lots of water everyday. Where is the pain? Do you use a computer a lot? Improper posture can cause tension headaches.

Possibly no one better then yourself can specifically pinpoint the reason 'WHY'. Try keeping a 'headache journal' if you are generally concerned & struggling with repetitive headaches. This should include not only daily activity, but diet & sleep patterns as well. Also mention of any stressfull times &/or out of the ordinary to ordinary. Generally, you will find the 'culprit' which is causing your discomfort. Sometimes it is the most mundane thing that we take little to no notice of assuming we are living & doing the same as we always do day in & day out! Ironically, it can be something as simple as change in dietary habits(like coffee,mmmLatte!- or chocolate treat or that drink to relax etc...). It can be due to eye strain & failing to acknowledge our eyes need to be examined, new glasses are in order or eye-strain due to computer use(which also causes neck strain & back strain, etc) or change in sleep patterns. Many extenuating factors could be the cause...It is always beneficial to keep a journal of some sort, not only psychologically but mentally & physically as well can be extremely beneficial in assisting even medical personnel in diagnosisng should you eventually need medical intervention. In the meantime, try self-treating with relaxation, comfort & relief methods. Try to avoid over-use of any OTC meds(over-the-counter) which often times may even 'mask' important symptoms or even enhance or worsen. If your find relief for your head-aches through some type of various methods as I refer to above yet your head-ache continues to return, I would suggest that seeking medical intervention may be a good step toward resolve. Usually though, recurrence of head-ache at the same time is related to 'something' causing such regularity. Real concern should be taken when an individual is unable to get relief from headaches of never-ending duration...those which never seem to go away. And when one suffers from that...they usually don't 'wonder' about seeking medical help they 'beg' for it & rightly so! Good for you in asking~Take care!

You have really not provided enough information for anyone to give any opinion regarding your headaches. Their regularity is suspicious for certain factors, but additional information is needed. Given the length of this condition, you should probably see someone at your primary medicine clinic.
