Does anybody know why sometimes I cannot sleep?!

I work nights, so it is doubly important to have sleep routines for daytime as well as nigt time sleeping.

over active mind, try nytol herbal over the counter, just take when you need it.

Trying putting on some relaxing music.

No, dont take nytol - in any form. Its like normal sleeping tablets, and can be very addictive and cause even worse sleeping problems.
but yes, over active mind. Try and go to the gym and tire yourself out.. prepare yourself for bed with a routine.. helps for me.. or a good wan k haha sleep well

Because when we're supposed to be sleeping...that's when all the interesting stuff is happening.
As humans, we just don't want to miss something.
