Where has my vital energy gone. How to boost up my energy level.?!

Eat more fresh veggies and fresh fruits for about 30 days, instead of junk foods for snacks, drink organic fruit juices and bottled pure water. At the end of 30 days you will not believe the changes your body has made, more energy, stamina, mental acuity. Took me 30 years to learn this and I have been doing this for about 20 now.

just start doing some exercises or swimming

You should try yoga. Once you start doing it your body will become physically and mentally connected and healthier. Also you will feel and understand your body more so you will just start eating healthier.

that's a link to Richard Hittlemans 28 day plan yoga book (its the one i use). Its geared towards woman but works great for guys. it talks about inner and outer beauty just replace that with handsome and it would work fine for a guy.
He has other books though u could check out.

Eat plenty of Veggies and lay off the Chocolate and such. It tends to drain you like that.

Perhaps you need to improve your diet. Perhaps you need more fruit and vegetables.

Perhaps a men's energy multivitamin every day might help. They contain extra B vitamins for energy and are specifically designed for men.
