stress, an ear infection, medication, hangovers, pregnant, not eating not enough water, try cranberry juice thats what they give you if you go to the hospital for dehydration.
could be anything, if you cant figure it out go to the Dr it could be something serious

are you eating?

low sugar

Low blood pressure or low blood sugar can be the culprit.

well you might have had a blackout or maybe it is from running so much if you play a sport or in regular

This can be menstruation... pregnancy. This can symbolize nothing, on the other hand. You might be suffering from something major, or you may not be and just treat this as a random event and push it aside. What I highly suggest is you stay away of your body and start telling doctors/physicians if the symptoms become frequent, more intense, and/or last you awhile.

I've been dizzy for years. Really. I don't think doctors believe me. I thought for a while it was from drinking too much water. I was drinking like 6 or 7 liters a day. I've slacked on the water the past couple years, but I still have dizzy spells. I also have high blood pressure. Good luck finding out what's going on.

Its a sign of something, it happens if your not getting enough vitamins..hopefully it is as simple as that.

i dont think it means anything it happens to me too but usually when you stand up to fast you'll get light headed but if thats not whats happening and your just sitting around somewhere and it happens i dont know what to tell you

it could be where if you have been laying down for to long in the same position or it could be lack of sleep you are getting, would say get enough sleep and if you lying down on like your computer for instance every ow and then get up and have a stretch

hope that helps

O ur prob might be u maybe lay down 2 much and u need to sit up alot more

Your blood sugar may be low. You should try to eat something that has a little sugar in it like a single cookie or a sweet piece of fruit. If it keeps happening see a doctor!!!

maybe you are drinking to much and not getting enough salt in your body. this can cause this. you could have an ear problem causing dizzyness as well.
