I'd love to get 10 hours of sleep, but I'll more likely get 5-6. Such is the life of a full time employee and part time student... Sweet dreams
My roommate used to not watch TV ALL DAY.. but then around 11pm she would turn it on, whether it was a weeknight or not! I had classes at 8 each morning, so what I did.. I got a big box fan and would turn it on, which drowned out the noise, and wore a blindfold. I didn't have a problem sleeping after that! :P
I usually like to get at least 7 or 8 hours.
6 to 8 hrs
id love to get five hours i will most likely over sleep and get like seven...yes snoring bed mate ruins sleep i cope by sleeping while mate is at work....
take short naps during day
i get between 4 and 6 hours i'd like to have more but im so busy through the day (im not now because the kiddies are taking a nap) lol i think u just have to cope with it if u are one those who just dont sleep that well
I would like 8 hours a night, but normally only get about 6. Working mum and active social life. If my husband snores it can drive me to distraction or the spare room, luckily he doesn't make a habit of it.
7 or 8 is enough for me.
Ideally I sleep until I wake up (usually about 9 hours)
Last night I got about 4 (although generally I'll sleep for about 6 hours)
Snoring can be kinda hypnotic (if that makes sense)
But I play music while sleep as I have to drown out the noise from the boiler which doesn't help cause the constant sound of water means you get to bed & think "damn it I need the toilet!"
But I also use black out blinds to help with sleep (slightly different reason for not sleeping but still)
depends on the day really.
I work nights during the week and switch my schedule around on the weekend so I can visit with my girl while she's home from college.
Is it monday? That usually means I'll be up for a while. I usually wake up around 8 in the morning; lounge around for a bit.. Maybe play some Wii/study. Then I'll go work out and try and tire myself out so I can take a nap, wake up for class at six and be at work at 11. Be back home around 7:30 in the morning.
Unfortunately; a couple days ago i had stuff to do during the day, so I was up for a good 23 hours. It's actually not that hard once you get used to it; and I'll need to be able to do that whenever I'm working 911 or in a firehouse on a 24 hour shift and we keep getting calls all night.
