How do you cure a Canker Sore inside your mouth?!

Warm water with a small amount of dissolved salt helps kill the associated bacteria, as does 1/2 strength peroxide and water. Swish it around your mouth then spit it out. Do this several times a day.
Cold, used tea bags also help with the pain.
Avoid damaging the area with your tooth brush or hard foods.
"Orajel" is available from pharmacies and contains local anaesthetic to help with the pain.

Try applying a cotton ball soaked in mouthwash to the sore. This will numb the pain temporarily, as well as disinfect the area and help it to heal.
Another thing that sometimes helps is daubing some baking soda on the sore. Again, it will help both soothe and heal.
Swish a little warm salty water around in your mouth.
