My arm is beating?!
Question: my arm looks like i have something in it and its trying to get out.
you can see and feel it moving up and down... and its my ARM?!!?

If it just feels like your arm is randomly flexing or pulsing it could be muscle tics. They're normal, but could also indicate a nutrient deficiency (commonly potassium).
It could be your vain or a pulse in your arm.
i have the same probs i evn get in my legs sumtimes..people say its trap vains or..cluts trying to get out
been to the docs they said it nothing to worry about
better not be or else........
maybe it's a cyst.

I had a similar problem in my leg that turned out to be a small blood clot. I recommend a trip to the doc for some meds to help break it up.

It could be your vain or a pulse in your arm.
It could be a muscle spasm. If it's a muscle spasm, usually you can feel it and it feels weird. Otherwise, it sounds like you're just seeing your pulse. Sometimes you can see your pulse, sometimes you can't, idonno i guess your blood pressure varies or something.
