Prunes (or prune juice which is easier to find) and laxatives. You can find prunes at your local grocery store and I'm pretty sure you can find laxatives there too.
It's healthy to poop around 1-3 times daily. One time though, I didn't poop in three days. I got really sick. Until I pooped. Best of luck!

idk what helps you poop. but im guessing you should poop like 1 or 2 a day

just once daily to poop, cause that flushes out your system and eat prunes.

Fiber is supposed to help. Bran based cereals have a lot of fiber. Prunes and raisins should help, too. I think you're supposed to go 1-3 times a day.

You should poop once or twice a day. Eat lots of fiber, and drink lots of water. Stay away from fatty foods and sugar.

Eat fruits and vegetable or fibers. Constipation meds help a lot.

Buy some laxatives like Ex-Lax. It makes you go poop. =)

Ok, I'm a poop expert here lol.. I only poop twice a month, I've been that way since I was a kid, and my dr freaks out when I tell him this. Everyone else I know poops every day, but the dr said some people only have to go every few days, or once a week. (Apparently twice a month is bad tho lol). Whats normal for you is how often you poop usually when you are completely healthy and not consitpated. Everyone is different!

Eat lots of fiber, thats how you poop. Eat carrots, apples, apple juice, prunes, prunes juice. Take fiber supplements like Metamucil tablets. This will all help to keep you regular.

If all else fails, take Miralax daily. its a nonsystemic digestive aid that helps gently push the poo out so you can go daily.

haha eat beans or drink a lot of milk. Most people are lactose intolerance so you should poop it right out.

apples and other raw fruits except bananas, raisins are good. Vegetables, and lots of water. High fiber cereal.

go to rite aid and buy this stuff its a kind of oil that u can drink its clear n comes in a clear boddle talk to teaspoons..... and how many time depends on what u eat and ho much u eat

okay its weird that i know this right?
but if you eat fiber it really helps.
usually if i'm sick, and i need to 'clear out the system' so to speak, i get these granola bars called...
'fiber one' bars. they also make cereal. i usually eat one bowl a day to get enough fiber anway.

but yeah, those granola bars really work well, and they're not very expensive. they work pretty fast too :P
i also think that eating more fruit works well.

as far as how many times a day, usually at least once, maybe two if you feel so inclined.

LOL It's very natural.. Ive heard that you should go after every meal. If I go once a day, Im happy.. Im not very regular. Prunes work really well. Drinking something warm w/ your meals or after each meal will help too. Drinking plenty of water works well and if you work out during the day, that will also help you. Good luck
