Terrible blister on side of foot, help?!

Question: over a week ago, during a long run, i had some skin tear off, i guess it is a blister that opened. i havent had the option of taking it easy because i am right in the middle of baseball conditioning. it felt ok the next day but still hurt. that day it bled through two pairs of socks and was hurt the rest of the week. i kept off of it on saturday and sunday and it seemed to help it though not completely heeled. now i am on it again and it is just as bad as it was. it is very uncomfortable. what can i do to speed up the heeling process?

You should soak your foot in an epsom salt bath for 15-30 minutes a day. This will speed up the healing process. You may want to apply an antibacterial cream (Neosporin) for a day or two and also keep it loosely bandaged to protect it.

mole skin

there are some wraps that are sold at stores like cvs and rite aid that can be ut over the blisters to cusion it and help it heal, even while you continue with your daily activities
