Yes it will heal, go ahead and take it out, just watch for signs of infection, as before, and clean and dry your ears, where the piercing was. Should be good as new in awhile.
why would you want to take it out.??
it will look like theres no hole there but it wont completely heal. a piece of skin will just grow over and cover the hole.
I don't know why you would want to take it out, but if you do, yes the entire hole will close up.
