yeah you dont get anything for blood but plasma centers (its basically just the liquid part of your blood- they put the blood cells back in you so you dont feel run down) will usually pay your around $50-60 to donate twice a week. i did it for awhile to get extra money because i had to cut back my hours during school and i could study while i did it, i quit though because all the dirty people scared me
No you just donate blood.
Besides you will always have the thought that by donating blood you have potentially saved someones life. Thats enough payment i would assume
not from donating blood, you can get money from donating plasma though...its a component of your blood
