How much pedialyte is too much for a dehydrated adult?!
Question: I'am hungover. It is not fun. I asked an earlier question on cures for hangovers and was told to try pedialyte which I did and it has helped immensely. I'am now on my fourth glass which is nearly the whole medium sized bottle. So my question is, is this too much to drink? I heard somewhere that the human body is made of 60%? 70%? water and you can actually drink too much water and overload your cells. Maybe I'am being paranoid but I've never used pedialyte before so just curious...thanks

You cannot drink too much pedialyte. It is just like any other drink except it has extra electrolytes to help with dehydration. You can drink as much of it as you want to.
