I had a similar situation, with my testicle hurting every now and then over a long period of time, and I got tested for everything too and was clear (even testicular cancer, where you have to drink lots and lots of water before the test...).

In the end, the reason was stupid. My jeans were tight around my crotch when I sat on a certain chair at work, and this prolonged gentle squeezing was causing pain at other times. It sounds silly, but the chair was very slightly leaning forwards, meaning I would have gently slid off the chair was it not for the friction, which was causing the jeans to gently squeeze my balls.

I don't know what to say, it sounds ridiculous, but I just changed the chair and all was well. The doctor also said it could just be that the jeans were just tighter than I was used to around that area, but anyway, you get the idea of the cause...

I hope this helps.

High-sperm-pressure. Go release some PRONTO!!!

could be a walking hernia

go back to the doctor, get tested for everything else, maybe you have a twisted testicle which is painful, and if it stays that way too long you loose it.

roflmao!
damn my stomach is hurting from "Luftwacko" comment. hahahaha!

There is a condition called "tortion". It can be very painful and dangerous.
