Spacers Fell Out HELP!!!!?!
Question: ok i got spacers yesterday at 3:30pm then I went to dance and the top left one fell out at like 6:20pm. It fell out on its ownn.....ya my mouth is sore but there isnt one in the top left now. what do i do

You could either call your orthodontist or you can take a pair of tweezers and put the spacer on it, strech it out and put it back between your teeth, that's what i did and it worked, but if you don't think you can do that then call the orthodontist he'll pop 'em back in in about a minute. Go back to the orthodontist and they will replace it for you.

That happened to me also, all you can do is phone your dentist and go back in!!
