Painfull knee?!

Question: when i put pressure on my knee it really hurts. for example if i get up quickly i quickly hunch over in agony! any suggestions on what this could be?

you probably fell on it and it swelled up. is it retaining water if so you need to have it drained. it might be a sprain.
