How do i heal a pinched nurve? can someone help?!
Question: i work in delivery so i do a lot of heavy lifting. now on my spine in the middle of my back i have numbing prickly feeling. after looking up on it i've come to a conclusion. it's a pinch nurve. it doesn't really hurt it kinda tingles it doesn't feel healthy. i don't know what to do for it. can some one help?
has anyone ever had this?
is it sirius?
can it get worse?
how can i fix it?

GO SEE YOUR DOC...MY BROTHER HASD A PINCHED NERVE BY HIS SHOULDER AND THEY TOLD HIM NO PHYSICAL ACTIVITY FOR 6 MONTHS AND ONLY TIME CAN HEAL IT.
