Question: My wrist hurts all the time and it hurts so bad. im not really sure whats causing it. my mom says it could be carpotunnel bc im in high school and writing all the time, and plus im on the computer so much. but its unbearable pain. i couldn't sleep last night bc it hurt so much. im not sure what i can do about it. when i pop my fingers (bc they hurt unless i do) i end up popping my wrist as well. i can hear my wrist popping over and over again when i pop my fingers. what
