Question: Tonight will be the first time I have ever gone to a chiropractor, (due to back pains). I really dont know what to expect.
What should I except?
Should I ask for a certain "back cracking method"?
How long will it take?
I'm 14. (but that probably has nothing to do with this)

It's quick, it's painless, and there are no special methods to ask for. If you have a good chiropractor, you will feel lots better by the time you leave his/her office. The first time you go they usually take xrays. All of which is no big deal. You'll probably enjoy the whole experience. Our family does.
