Have the victim sit down or lay down. Get a clean cloth or bandage and apply direct pressure to the wound. Elevate it about the heart. Use pressure points. Do not remove the cloth/bandage, if it becomes blood soaked, add another one on top of it. Only use a tourniquet if it is the last resort- and if you use a tourniquet, write tourniquet on the victim's forehead. Make a note of what time the tourniquet was placed on the victim.

3> pour some oil of organics vitamins E. it helps to close the wound.
