Can anyone tell me what might be wrong with my leg??!


Question: ok so I just woke up from an afterschool nap. When I woke up i couldn't really stand cuz it felt like a charley horse... although i never really had one this bad i wanted to start crying an i fell our muh bed in a ball cuz it hurt. (i dont do good with pain) now, it doesn't hurt as bad anymore and it went down but i when i but pressyre on it it feel different from my other leg, and when i have pressure on it and bend it it hurts A LOT. Also, there is like a big bump under my calf muscle type area on the bac o my leg... what it wrong with it? (i haven't been really active lately b/c soccer season is over.

Leg muscle cramping can be quite painful. In order to get adequate blood flow and circulation to your legs to prevent this problem, try stretching out the calf muscles a few times during the day and use the leg muscles more often by walking and doing squats. If you have cramps again, make a fist and use your thumb or ball of your hand to firmly press the area that hurts the most for about 30 seconds. This will hurt a little, but the pain will subside much faster.
