What can I do or take to feel better?!
Question: I got sick yesterday and It's really annoying. I have pressure in my head, my ears ache, my throat hurts really bad and I've been coughing non-stop, along with an achey body and I'm also extremely cold.
Is this a flu? What can I take to get rid of it? I can't go to the doctor, so I'm wondering if there is anything I can pick up at the drugstore that will work. It's Valentine's Day and I don't want to be sick all day. I've tried drinking tea, lemon juice, honey, etc. and nothing is working. Please help!

Cold and flu medicine - be sure to get one that says flu also since you have the aching body. You will want day time and night time. I find that Theraflu works the best for me at night. It sounds like you have a lot of pressure in your head from congestion. I would try a sinus wash. Take a cup of warm water that has been moderately salted, mix, and then literally suck up the water through your nose and try to let it drain out of your mouth. It will feel like you are trying to drown yourself in a cup of salt water (over the sink) but you will notice all kinds of things come out of your nose and it's always nice to get that out.

go to the pharmacy and they will suggest an over the counter for your symptoms
If you can get to the store..Tylenol cold &Sinus usually works anytime when im sick! But there are 2 kinds.. Day & Night. And yes the Night time makes you drowsey but the daytime works well! Try it!
Go to the drug store and get Dayquil, it has all the meds that will relieve your symptoms.
