exercise is a great stress reliever. Walking in particular.

Eat berries. Bluberries are best. Bluberry yogurt is excellent also.

Prioritize all of the things that make you nervous. Get a piece of paper and make a list of everything you do that bothers you: homework, jobs, visiting friends, paying bills, etc. Then, in another column, estimate how much time each job will take. In another column, give each job a priority of 1-10 on how important each stressor is. Then, on other piece of paper, list the stressors in order of importance. I use MS Excel this task as it's faster. Once you have your spreadsheet made, you will begin to see what needs to be done in the available time you have each day and your stress will be relieved.

Stress is the body's response when the perceived demands of a situation exceeds the perceieved ability to cope i.e.'it's all in the way you see it. You need to learn to work out ways to put yourself in control - or at least feel as if you are.
The lady who suggested exercise was also spot on - 30 minutes 3 times week is a great stress releiver.

it is not so easy to fight the stress but it is achievable.
1. find out the cause of it - work, family, partner etc
2. tell them about your stress
3. exercise everyday as this will help to combat your feelings and help you to chill out (simple things like walking, cycling, dancing, swimming)
4. meet up with friends for a good old natter and laughter

I don't fight it...........that stresses me more.

yoga, jogging a nice walk on the beach or in the woods. a movie, a nice dinner

stay away from the things that cause it.I have certain people that I have to avoid because they stress me out.

Bubble baths, Cuddling up with a good book.walking and seeing God beautiful creations Spring time is my favorite because of Flowers and butterfly's and watching the humming birds.day dreaming of far -a-way places.being with people I love, and laughter, laughter seem to be my best pick- a -upper.

listen to music polite music it can help u release ur stress or take a glass of water it Will also help u to keep calm

a drink once and awhile.....hic up..all is better now lol
