Having brain surgery on the left side of your brain?!

depends on the type of procedure. i know someone who was "left-brained" and had surgery on that hemisphere without abnormal reprocussions. in fact, it helped things.
the brain is very complicated - you would need far more information to answer this question accurately (where exactly in the left brain, what type of procedure etc.) At this point all i can say is that there are risks involved.
One thing i can tell you is that whether you are left brain or right brain dominant has very little to do with the outcome....
