I need energy ... too tried?!


Question: i need energy and coffee don't do noting good still get tried !

i need to get up do things and work out no energy i feel lazy and sleepy but i wish i can sleep long but i got 2 kids to take care off ... so i don't sleep alot i only sleep 6 sometime 8 hours still damn tried !

i don't like taking energy pill i don't like pills ... what good to keep me running need energy

Eating a healthy, well-balanced diet, drinking plenty of water (at least a gallon a day, or 8 glasses), and getting exercise will do wonders for your engery level!

If you need a little energy boost and want to avoid the energy pills or drinks, try taking a multi-vitamin and having a little 'high-energy' snack. By 'high-energy' I don't mean sugary and I don't mean carbs. Try having a small cup of nuts. Or eating an apple or banana.

drink more water and juice and eat healthier, you would be amazed!

Perhaps a women's energy multivitamin every day might help. They contain extra B vitamins for energy and are specifically designed for women.
