Question: I felt ill lastnight, well I didnt have the urge just to throw up, but today, I still feel kinda nauseous, but I do not have the urge too. I didnt eat anything at all and its 2:35 pm right now. I didnt eat breakfast. I was at the laundry mat doing laundry...I didnt feel good, I got water, that made me feel better, and if I ate will it get me better? Can not eating make you feel nauseous?

Yes, but it depends what foods.

Dry toast and salty foods like potato chips can help nausea.

it might help you to eat a little something.... or maybe you just have a stomach bug. feel better

Pregnant.

Not eating half the day can make you feel crappy, eat something and see if that makes the sick feeling go away. If it doesn't i say see a Dr. Could you be pregnant? It could be the flu. Good luck!

Hunger panes...happens to me all the time when Im on my diet. I try to ignore it but it wakes me up in the middle of the night and keeps me up for up to an hour sometimes. Heres how I feel better, and its kinda groose to hear but it works; go #2 then drink some Mylanta or some Peptmo Bismo.

Remember Im on a diet to lose weight however, you probably just have to go eat something

EDIT: Heck yes it can make you feel extremely nauseous, I havent eaten since 6 pm last night and Im eating a sandwichn as Im typing this and am feeling instantly better

I'm going through the same thing. You could have that stomach virus that's been going around.

Eat some saltines that will take away the queasy feeling.
