What is the best, and safest, way to take adderall?!
Question: My friend has a prescription and he told me that he takes 20 mg capsules, empties them, crushes up the balls, and snorts them in an attempt to avoid the extended release. through the research ive done, albeit thorough, ive concluded that this method is safe, but does something? to your heart. does anyone know what the actual side effects of this method are? i dont want him doing it if its going to mess with his heart. i have also taken adderall, but the only way i did was the doctor recommended way, and i also did not like the extended release. i couldnt sleep all night when i took it at 12pm, so i am curious about this method.

Snorting any oral dosage form will result in nasal damage. They are not designed for nasal administration. The safest way to take Adderall is to take it by mouth.

haha i don't know where you found that it is safe to do that but it's not. if you crush the little balls up you let the molecules go everywhere...that means it wouldn't even be 20mg anymore. nothing you snort is safe for your body you idiot. you can't do that. it WILL mess your system up. if you don't have ADD or ADHD you will get a high from it (obviously that's why you're probably doing it) and you wil not get ANY good effects from it. you could die from taking those pills..especially when you are snorting it. i have ADHD, and it's so sad to see people like you doing that to your body. why risk it? leave that medicine to the people who actually need it and stay with your nyquil and weed.
