Dripping blood while defecation.?!

Question: I had this checked by my family doctor, and she says it isn't caused by a hemmorhoid, but by constipation.
I've recently improved my diet, but still when I go take a dump, there is blood coming out. It ONLY comes out when a hard stool comes by (the ones that hurt). I'm wondering. If my insides bleed while a hard stool passes by. How is it going to heal? Because my "new" diet makes me go take a dump a lot.

If its not a hemmorhoid, its probably anal fissure (small crack in the wall),

Stop eating red meat for a couple of weeks, eat smaller portions, add fiber to your diet and drink plenty of fluids. For fiber, buy Fibersure powder (the one that dissolves clear in your drink), also buy fruit flavored fiber tablets to eat during/after meals.

Hard stool means you're still not getting enough fiber.

Try eating oatmeal EVERY MORNING. Not just sometimes, but every morning. I also put fruit in, like blueberries, a banana, etc.

Lay off beef or pork completely, and eat some fruit & vegetables EVERY DAY.
Make sure you drink enough water.
That should take care of it.

Drink lots of water!

maybe take an over the counter stool softner and be sure you are very well hydrated. your insides will heal, its not happening every time you have a BM because it is healing in between.

u r on your intestional period.

You should eat more fiber, first of all. Second, try to eat a salad or some other type of roughage. If all else fails, go to the local pharmacy and get some over-the-counter stool softener. Your rectum has lots of capillaries and if your bleeding, it means that you must have partially torn some of them.
