Aching leg muscles?!

Question: Okay, so yesterday afternoon, I was practicing my soccer kicks(without stretching before the practice, does it make your leg muscles ache?). Then After an hour or so, I stopped playing and sat on the chair a played on the computer for about 2 hours. Then when I got up, my legs started to ache. What caused it to ache is really my question. So best answer gets 10 points if you give me an idea of why my legs hurt right now. Thanks!

first of all you legs hurt because you did not stretch.
Stretching you muscles helps them to relax so that when your running or kicking the ball you do not get a sprain or feel sore the next day.
The other thing you did wrong was to sit down in front of the computer for 2 hours. The looooooooooooong sits restricted blood circulation to your legs causing the previous damage done by lack to stretching to be aggrivated.

But don't worry...a little rest, warm bathe to get the blood flowing and a massage should get you back on your feet in a couple of days

Your muscles hurt because you didn't stretch first

Well, you didn't do your stretches before your soccer playing, and, just as well, you didn't do any stretches AFTER your soccer activities. I have learned over the decades of my running, swimming and bicycling thousands of miles, if you don't stretch, or simply have a slower period of exercise at the end of your activities, and you immediately just stop and go sit down or lay down, especially in colder weather, you're inviting a stiffening of your muscles, and depending on how much they stiffen as a result of your exercise, the more uncomfortable you're going to feel. Don't worry about the 10 points. Just take care of your legs. God Bless you.

Use AROMA LUXURY Dead Sea bath salts for regular baths that will relax and heal your muscle ache.

Why are Dead Sea salts beneficial?

Magnesium is important for both combating stress and fluid retention, slowing skin aging and calming the nervous system.

Calcium is effective at preventing water retention, increasing circulation and strengthening bones and nails.

Potassium energizes the body, helps to balance skin moisture and is a crucial mineral to replenish following intense exercise.

Bromides act to ease muscle stiffness and relax muscles. Sodium is important for the lymphatic fluid balance (this in turn is important for immune system function).

You may not have enough potassium in your system. I know when I have a hard workout and than sit for a while and haven't eaten a banana or drunk enough water muscles don't have enough nutrients. This could cause your muscles to cramp up.
