Take 10 minute breaks every hour or so to do pushups, jog in place, or crank some music... caffeine wouldn't be a bad idea either, but i don't touch the stuff. Anyway, the 10 minute breaks will pay off because you will be more awake and productive... Good Luck. all-nighters suck.
