First of all I probably wouldn't believe you, by you just saying help. So yea you would probably die if I was the only one to see it. Sorry, but thats life. Hopefully there are others who will see it and hopefully they will be gullible enough to believe you and try to help.
I'd use your e-mail to try to contact your parents and let them know that there will be one less person at all their holiday gatherings.

I would contact emergency services and tell them the situation
take two aspirin
chew them and swallow
that is one of the first drugs that a ER will give you.
