I have a lose of appetite..What is a lite food i can eat so i dont get sick from!


Question: I have been really depressed lately ..I have to make myself eat even when i don't want to...What is a good lite food i can carry around like at work and stuff..That i can eat so i don't get sick..I am not on a diet and i don't need to be..I just fine it hard to eat theses days..I am losing weight and i don't need to..I use to always eat well..But, the thought of eating makes me want to throw up

I cannot eat well too... very well though Im pregnant... Im also worrying over it but since some people here said that some pregnant women even survive with crackers...

So if I feel hungry I just ate crackers... and water... I hope you will feel better soon... Crackers is known to be good to eat when you have ulcer... Ulcer is not caused by not eating your meal on a right time... but it is caused be stress...

So in order not to get ulcer... I hope you will feel better soon... just try some crackers too... hahaha if we are just close with each other... ill hang out with you and were gonna have meal together... I hope you will get well soon!!! fighting again!:) sometimes in order to overcome something... you need someone around to comfort you and cheer you up...:)

yogurt. also try drinking ginger tea. it helps to stimulate the appetite.

You can eat chicken soup, bananas, rice, potatoes, lots of fluids, gatorade, and veggies.

High calorie, high fat snacks may be best for you since you are losing weight without trying. Try and make it nutritious, like peanut butter on toast. There are also supplements such as Ensure, if you can't tolerate solids. If you are feeling nauseous, you may want to try what they call the BRAT diet; bananas rice, applesauce, and toast. If you continue to lose weight you may want to seek professional help, it get serious. Hope you feel better!
