I'd say if you have to get up at 9. Goto bed at 11PM

Sleep from MIDNIGHT to 8AM and you'll get to work by 9am. 8 hours of sleep is optimal. You don't want too much or too little.

10:00

yahh 10~11pm

7 is a good time because you can eat breakfast, get all your cleanings done, and get your outfit ready. with a little time to catch the news or whatever you do.

plenty of time.

1am-2am. Your body needs 7-8 hours of sleep

9pm to 10pm

Depends on how old you are. ANd how long it takes to get ready for work. Most people feel fully rested after 8 hours. It gets shorter as you get older. Teenagers need 9-10 hours.

Midnight. Always try to aim for at least eight hours of sleep.

depends on your commute. Most need between 6-9 hours of sleep per day...figure that out about yourself and you are golden.

you need at least 8-10 hours of sleep.. waking up at 9, so you should sleep like right around this time

its 11:21 where im at

if me.. I would go to bed at 10 pm and wake up at 7 am.

anytime between 10pm &12am

hmm 10.30 then you should b ok for shut eye.

so you would most likely wake up at 8:00-8:15 to get to work at 9:00, so I would go to bed at no later than 11:00 (but that does seem a bit late.. lol.)
because the average adult needs 8-9 hours of sleep.

hope that helped!!

You r suppose 2 get @least 9 hours of sleep, but a couple more hours wouldnt hurt. I have 2 wake up @ 7 and i go 2 bed @ 10

In my glory days, a 9am starting time would be good for 2am , bedtime. I always had to start earlier than that.
I would say midnight would be OK, if your young and out having a life.

I'd say be in bed by midnight. It is always good to get at least 8 hours of sleep a night to be healthy!

well you should get about nine hours of sleep, so about 11 pm?

I'm loving a 9:00 bedtime. Extra coffee (or whatever you like) time is glorious if I wake up before 6:00. That's my schedule...experiment with yours and enjoy your wake and sleeptime.
