Hi i am a bodybuilder ive got a injured shoulder how can i train round this?!

First off, of course doing chest workouts are going to make your shoulders hurt. The chest workouts (benching, push ups, dips, ect.) are compound workouts.You can still train a large variety of your muscles through the use of machines, not the bars(free weights, ect.). You can workout your legs, lower back, forearms, abs, and glutes all on the machines alone. Also you can probably do bicep through preacher curls, might alleviate most of the strain on the shoulder. Also, I know I'm being vague when i say legs; calves, hamstring, ect.

Just let it heal your body could probably do with the rest anyway

Dont do chest exercises for awhile! Do everything else but let your shoulder heal.

bodybuilder means becoming fat or developing muscle?

yeah you should not lift money kilo in pen ch press..and drink more milk.

Well take it easy today, and just rest! Have a day infront of the Tv!
