Why do I feel so weak? Could this be caused by less sleep and appetie change?!
Question: Ok I do 40-60 minutes of Cardio 3-5 times a week. I've been in this same pattern for about 3 months. I recently got a 7 wk old puppy who has to be taken out about every three hours at night... so Im not getting very much sleep. I've noticed this past week that when im running I get really tired and sometimes feel dizzy and mabye a little nausea. Im not doing any more then I usually do and Im feeling exhausted and out of shape...

Yes I think lack of sleep generally does give a feeling of weakness or lack of energy. The cardio workout you should be lowered to 30 mins because 40-60mins will drain a lot of energy.
