could be weak valve, or some blockage, oxgyn deficiency could also cause some swelling of arteries, you should go for stress test to check it out -- forget EKG, they are next to useless

Angina is a condition where the heart does not get enough blood to take the used cells out. The heart has chambers for the blood but it is also an organ, it's got to be cleaned out too.
When you're bending, somehow you may cut off a vein or artery leading to the heart. Check your weight and have a heart exam.
you should see a doctor soon as possible , having been in pain for more then 8 hours especially when its to do with your heart . good luck and hope its nothing to serious.
