Will falling very, very, very hard on my arm while skating break it?!

yes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!go 2 the doctor and if it is not broken put some ice on it or u can put a ace bandage around ure arm and dont bump anything or else it will hurt worse hope you get better.

Well, if you fall from a ramp at a normal height and if the fall isn't too dramatic, it'll only hurt a lot and have a bit of fracture. And you wouldn't have to worry simply about the arm, but the legs, head (not that much if you wear a helmet), foot, back. Many things.
