Yes ! Go to the hospital right away and get some checks and X-Rays . This can have devastating consequences.

Yes, I think you should go to the hospital to get this checked out. You should get an MRI done. You may have hurt (bruised) your sciatic nerve. Which may cause the pain to travel from the lower back down to the legs. Get this checked out ASAP, and you may need some physical therapy to try to get back to normal.

Good Luck!

I fell on my back on my staircase on October 1. I hit it very hard and the wind knocked out of me, and I couldn't get all of my air back until more than an hour later.
When I fell, my mom rushed to me. She said that she could see the blue coming up on my face. She said it first went to my lips, and then the blue just filled in the rest of my face. I was so scared because I couldn't breathe one bit. My back raged and so did one of my ribs. I went outside to try to get air, and that helped a little, but I still could not breathe correctly.
Turns out I broke a rib on the right side on me. But I also hurt my back a lot, too. I also bruised my organs and I am just now starting to have a lot of lower abdominal pain, mostly in my appendix. I'm only 11, and I'm sort of scared of what that fall did to me internally.
Falls like that can be more serious than you think. Like I said, I fell on October 1 and here it is: February 16 and I'm STILL in a lot of pain. Broken ribs don't stop hurting until about a year, but hurt backs and bruised organs might hurt longer; I'm not sure.
But I think you should definitely see a doctor. Again, falls are serious sometimes. And it's way better to be safe than sorry.
